MoveInspect DPA–Mobile 3D Photogrammetry System for Precision Measurements AICON
The 3D scanner AICON MoveInspect DPAD is a precise measurement solution based on the digital Nikon D800 camera with a metric AICON 28 mm lens. The device offers high resolution of up to 36 MP (7360 × 4912 px) and a fast acquisition speed of up to 5 images per second, enabling efficient and accurate scanning. Thanks to the use of white flash light and a 68° field of view, the system ensures detailed geometry reproduction. The set works with a high-performance High-End class laptop running Microsoft Windows 7, allowing convenient data analysis transferred via WLAN or memory card. The scanner features DAkkS-certified calibration in accordance with VDI 2634-1 and provides very high measurement accuracy (from 2 μm + 5 μm/m). The entire system is enclosed in a compact, mobile form weighing approximately 12 kg.

Spatial process analysis includes deformation studies in vehicle testing, sheet metal and plastic components, as well as motion analysis of components under load.
