PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing of personal data in connection with  your use of B3D s.c. services acquired via the online shop at linelaser.pl, outlet3d.eu as well as  b3d@b3d.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as “the Online Shop”).
Personal data are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter also referred to as “GDPR”.

    III.       Objective, period and legal ground of personal data processing
B3D processes your personal data:
1)        on the basis and performance of an agreement concluded with you for the duration of the agreement and until the expiry date for the exercise of claims [article 6 sec. 1 letter b of GDPR];
2)       in order to enable you to use additional options on the website, such as electronic payment - with your permission [article 6 sec. 1 letter a of GDPR];
3)  for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by B3D [article 6 sec. 1 letter f of GDPR];
4)    in order to perform the obligations imposed on B3D by distinct legal provisions, for the duration necessary to perform them [article 6 sec. 1 letter c of GDPR];
5)  with your permission for the purposes of marketing activities of B3D related to own products and services, using electronic means of communication (including the subscription of the Newsletter) and through telephone line [article 6 sec. 1 letter a of GDPR];
6)   for statistical purposes, for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by B3D for the duration of the existence of another legal basis for their processing [article 6 sec. 1 letter f of GDPR];
7) in order to implement loyalty programs, competitions, promotional campaigns, enable the creation of a customer account and its service; handling of your requests and enquiries - with your permission [article 6 sec. 1 letter a of GDPR];
8) for archive and prepare statistics - for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by B3D [article 6 sec. 1 letter f of GDPR].
Your data can be processed in an automated manner (including profiling) but it shall not produce legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. Profiling may involve the processing of personal data to evaluate certain information about you, in particular to analyse or forecast your personal preferences - for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by B3D [article 6 sec. 1 letter f of GDPR].
    IV.            Scope of collected personal data
1)     Collected personal date shall be as follows: name and surname, email address, phone number, product delivery address: street, house/flat number, postcode, city, country.
2)    In the forms used by B3D, the data that is necessary to conclude a contract for the provision of a specific service (Newsletter subscription, contact form, Customer Account) is clearly marked.
3)    Provision of your personal data  is completely voluntary; however, provision of certain data is required for performance of the services by B3D.

    VI.   Entities to which or whom the personal data may be transferred.
Your personal data may be shared with:
1)   providers of technical and organizational services to ensure the functionality of the website, such as hosting providers;
2)   entities to which or whom it is necessary to transfer the personal data  in order to assist with our services such as employees, associates, entities delivering the orders placed in the online store on the website;
3)   entities ensuring the functioning of additional options on the website such as payment service providers; entities cooperating on the basis of agreements concluded in order to provide the services of the highest quality;
4)    entities providing accounting, legal and consulting services;
5)    entities that professionally store and process personal data;
6)    authorized state authorities, upon their request.
Your personal data is always transferred to the extent necessary to fulfil the above described purposes  to achieve the purposes described and to ensure the security of their processing.

You have the right to:
1)   access you personal data and request their copy [article 15 of GDPR];
2)   rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data – [article 16 of GDPR];
3)   erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten) – [article 17 of GDPR];
4)  restriction of processing of personal data however, until it is considered, it may not be possible to use certain functionalities or services – [article 18 of GDPR];
5)    demand transfer of the data to another data administrator, if technically possible (right to data portability ) - [article 20 of GDPR];
6)  withdraw the consent to processing the personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before the withdrawal - [Article 7(3) of GDPR];
7)     object to the processing of personal data [article 21 of GDPR];
8)   lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, in the event of a breach of your right to the protection of personal data or other rights granted by the GDPR.

1)   We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, adapted to the risks and categories of data to be protected, in particular by protecting it against unauthorized persons, loss or damage.
2)   By using our services and providing us with the data necessary for their execution, you consent to the collection, processing, storage and use of such data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy;
3)   We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We will inform you about it via the website.
4)   This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and the Cookie Policy.
