Flexi Plate Wham Bam with Pre-Installed PEX 184x184 mm (Bambu Lab A1 Mini)

The original Flexi Plates are made from high-chromium spring steel to prevent rusting.

The pre-installed Wham Bam PEX Build Surface is made from a specially formulated polymer with a higher melting temperature than PEI. Prints easily detach after cooling and flexing. It works perfectly with the Wham Bam magnetic base, which is not included

Below are recommendations on how to print PET-G on Wham Bam beds with PEI and PEX surfaces. Due to their similar molecular properties, PET-G prints can strongly adhere to these surfaces:

1. It's crucial not to remove prints while both the bed and the printed part are still warm.

2. Never pry or forcefully peel off printed parts as they may damage the PEX/PEI layer. Once cooled, bend the bed to allow the print to detach naturally.

3. Make sure the nozzle isn't too close to the bed during the first layer to prevent pressing the filament into the bed.

4. It is recommended to maintain the nozzle temperature at 240-250°C and the bed temperature at 70°C

5. If the print still adheres strongly to the surface, you can use glue, which can then be easily removed by washing with soap and water, as a separating layer between the print and the bed.
