The Flexi Plate made of 0.4mm high chromium spring steel, powder coated with Ultem brand PEI coating, and then baked in a kiln. The flat Flexi sheets coated with PEI powder paint have a distinct texture and give the bottom of your part a fantastic finish! The plates are coated on both sides, so you can keep one side for pristine parts while using the other side more intensively.

Application and Usage Instructions:

• It behaves like most PEI sheets and works great with PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, as well as many other filaments. If you need stronger adhesion for difficult-to-stick filaments like Nylon, you can use an adhesive glue that can be washed off with water after use

• It works perfectly with the Wham Bam magnetic base

• For cleaning, isopropanol should be used after each use. To restore adhesion, use very fine sandpaper with a grit of 600 or higher and gently rub, then clean with alcohol. For PLA and PETG, we recommend a bed temperature of 70°C.

• PETG filament has a tendency to bond with PEX, so we strongly recommend using glue stick as a barrier when printing PETG with standard settings.

Note: The responsibility for choosing the correct size lies with the buyer. Measure your bed, don't rely on build volume. Wham Bam is not responsible for incorrectly chosen order sizes.
