It works perfectly with various acrylic materials on models printed using different 3D printing technologies, ensuring reliability and precision at every stage.

The modern gel formula, free from toxic substances, provides excellent separation of acrylic from the model after just one layer. Thanks to its transparency, the gel not only facilitates precise work with orthodontic acrylics but also ensures good visibility of the acrylic material.

ISOCOAT MODEL 3D creates an ultra-thin insulating layer in just 5 minutes, providing an effective barrier that prevents acrylic materials from bonding with 3D models. At the same time, it does not affect precision or interfere with the prosthetic field.

Working with ISOCOAT MODEL 3D is a pure pleasure, thanks to excellent visibility during isolation, ease of washing off with water without leaving traces, and the comfort of working with orthodontic acrylics. The chromaticity of the isolator ensures full control over the process without obstructing the visibility of the material.

VERSATILITY:

Our isolator works perfectly wherever an impermeable barrier for a printed model is required. It excellently isolates silicone materials that struggle to polymerize on the surface of a printed model, providing effective protection and reliable results.

MULTILAYER COMPATIBILITY:

The gel formula, free of toxic substances, effectively separates acrylic from the model after just one application, regardless of the thickness of the 3D model layer – whether 50 µm or 100 µm. It works seamlessly with various acrylic materials, regardless of the 3D printing technology, ensuring versatility and efficiency in daily work

Technical Data:

  • Time: Evaporation takes about 5 minutes at 23°C.
  • Storage: Store isolator bottles at a temperature of 15-25°C. Pay attention to the expiration date printed on the label. Keep in tightly sealed containers in a well-ventilated and dry place, away from sparks and open flames.
  • Caution: Due to its alcohol content, ISOCOAT MODEL 3D may cause irritation. Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Effectiveness: The isolator is effective with just one layer, even for models printed at a resolution of 100 nm.
  • Removal: Wash off any remaining isolator film using warm water. You can use detergent or a soft brush.
  • Color: Neon blue.
