It allows for efficient alcohol recovery, enabling its repeated use for both washing and cleaning work surfaces, tools, and printer components.
One package is enough to recover up to 20 liters of alcohol ready for reuse!
Preparation of the solution:
• Before starting, dissolve the powder in water. The recommended ratio is 5g of the product for every 135ml of water at room temperature.
• The prepared solution is sufficient for 1 liter (approx. 850g) of resin-saturated alcohol left over after cleaning 3D models.
• The best and fastest results are achieved by mixing for approximately 20 minutes in print cleaning stations or an ultrasonic cleaner.
• After this time, depending on the saturation of the solution, part of the dissolved resin along with the pigment will begin to settle at the bottom.
• Leave in a dark place for about 24 hours (UV radiation reduces the efficiency of the process) or until the sediment has fully settled.
• Pour off the purified alcohol from the sediment. It is recommended to additionally filter it through filter paper or a coffee filter.
• The solution will have a reduced alcohol concentration. It can be used for preliminary cleaning of prints and for cleaning surfaces, tools, or printer components. Before use, test on a small surface.
