Prints made with this filament feature excellent layer adhesion and high detail accuracy. It is made from a biodegradable biopolymer that is approved for food contact. For products that come into contact with food, certification is the responsibility of the final product manufacturer.

The ReFill PLA Starter filament is part of an environmentally conscious solution — it is delivered without a spool, allowing the use of a reusable MASTERSPOOL. This spool can be printed yourself using the available design on the manufacturer's website, making it more environmentally friendly and cost-effective compared to traditional single-use spools.
The recommended printing parameters are an extrusion temperature of 185-225°C, a bed temperature of 40-60°C, and a fan speed of 50-100%. It is possible to print on unheated beds, but if adhesion issues occur, the use of an adhesive agent is advised. The physical properties include a density of 1.24 g/cm³, odorless composition, and a heat distortion temperature of 55°C (ASTM E2092).
