The PETG+CF filament from ROSA3D was created for printing structural elements and working machine parts, where greater strength and temperature resistance are required. PETG+CF prints have very low shrinkage, are odorless and have very strong interlayer bonds. The material is characterized by a graphite, matte surface and a smooth - almost satin structure and is relatively easy to print. The negligible shrinkage when printing allows you to print in an open device. The PETG+CF filament has high chemical resistance, and the addition of carbon fiber increases mechanical, thermal and impact strength, which makes the raw material universally applicable.

Recommended printing parameters

  • extrusion temperature 240-270°C
  • table temperature: 70-90°C
  • airflow: 0-30% (depending on model geometry)
  • printing speed: 60-80 mm/s

When printing PETG+CF, hardened steel nozzles are recommended (brass and aluminum nozzles may be subject to abrasion), suggested nozzle size > 0.3 mm.
