Motor protection circuit breakers PKZ from Eaton combine short-circuit and overload protection in one device. Two versions are available, covering the entire current range from 0.1 A to 63 A, all with only 18 different types, saving storage space and simplifying project planning. The motor protection circuit breakers are also compatible with Eaton's DIL contactor series, making them ideal for use in motor starters. All accessories, including integrated auxiliary contacts, trip indicators, voltage releases, and rotary door handles, can be used with both PKZM0 and PKZM4.

The PKZM0 circuit breakers have the capacity to interrupt very high short-circuit currents up to 150 kA! This allows them to be used without additional protection, for example, directly on the main busbars of building distribution panels. Their simple design and attractive price make the PKZM0 circuit breakers popular among electricians for protecting motors in simple machines and devices.
