FormFutura ApolloX is an industrial-grade ASA filament designed for demanding tasks that require strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to harsh environmental conditions. Thanks to its unique blend of ASA with five additional polymers and modifiers, ApolloX offers exceptional resistance to UV radiation, high temperatures, and impact.

This filament has been optimized for both traditional FDM/FFF 3D printers and modern high-speed printing systems. It guarantees excellent interlayer adhesion and minimal warping, even with large-scale prints. Printing with ApolloX delivers parts with quality comparable to injection molding – offering outstanding precision and fine detail.

  • Filament type: Modified ASA (ApolloX – ASA with added polymers and modifiers)
  • Diameter: 1.75 mm / 2.85 mm (depending on version)
  • Diameter tolerance: ±0.05 mm
  • Print temperature range: 230 – 280 °C
  • Heated bed temperature: 90 – 110 °C
  • Recommended environment: heated chamber at 40 °C (for larger prints)
  • Weather & UV resistance
  • Very low warping (warp-free printing)
  • Excellent interlayer and bed adhesion (glass, Kapton, PET, EasyPad, EasyFix Nr. I)
  • Print precision: comparable to injection molding
  • Recommended user level: intermediate
