RETURNS

 

The Client who is the Consumer, with whom the Seller concluded the Sale Agreement, has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reasons within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, by submitting the model withdrawal form. The completed and signed form can be sent to e-mail: support@outlet3d.eu or attached to the package. The returned Goods shall be sent to the following address: B3D s.c., ul. Dereniowa 4, 61-306 Poznań.

The return of the purchased Goods in case of a withdrawal from the agreement is possible only if:

  • the Goods are complete,
  • the Goods are in their original, unopened package,
  • the purchased Goods are new,
  • the Goods are returned in the unaltered state.

 

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

The complaint is required to be submitted by e-mail to support@outlet3d.eu or by letter to: B3D s.c., ul. Dereniowa 4, 61-306 Poznań in order to begin the complaint resolution process.

The complaint shall include:

Order number
3.
Invoice
4.
Photos (attached)
5.
Date of purchase
6.
Name of the product

The client shall be informed of the outcome of the complaint processing by e-mail or phone.

shall provide reply to the filed complaint within 14 days from the date of its lodging. If no decision is notified within the above time, the complaint is considered justified.
