RETURNS

A Customer who is a Consumer who has concluded a Sales Agreement with the Seller may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason by means of model withdrawal form .The completed and signed form can be sent electronically to the following e-mail address: support@outlet3d.eu or attached to the package. The returned Goods should be sent to the following address: B3D sc, ul. Dereniowa 4, 61-306 Poznań.

The return of the goods as part of the withdrawal from the contract is possible if:

  • the goods are complete,
  • goods are in original, intact packaging,
  • goods are returned unchanged.

COMPLAINTS

To start the complaint process, please send the application by e-mail to the addresse-mail address:support@outlet3d.euor by letter to the following address: B3D sc, ul. Dereniowa 4, 61-306 Poznań


The notification should include:
1. Reason for the complaint
2. Order number
3. Invoice
4. Photos (attachments)
5. Date of purchase of the goods
6. The name of the goods


The customer will be informed about the result of the complaint by e-mail or by phone.
Outlet3d.euwill respond to the complaint no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure to respond to the store within the above deadline will mean that the complaint is considered justified.
